Tyson “Gorilla” Wetzel is an officer in the United States Air Force with nearly 20 years of experience, and is an avid airpower junkie. Gorilla is a graduate of, and former instructor at the United States Air Force Weapons School, was a strategist on the Joint Staff, and an operational planner at the Combined Air Operations Center. In addition to his interest in airpower theory, doctrine, and employment, Gorilla fancies himself an amateur airpower historian.
